Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all locations across India, including metro, Tier‑2/3 cities, and remote regions.
If a particular PIN code is unserviceable by courier partners, we will notify you and assist with an alternative solution.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or Bulk Orders: Slightly longer processing. Estimated timelines will be shared during order confirmation.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Mainland India (North & West): ~ 3–7 business days
  • South & East India: ~ 5–9 business days
  • North‑East/Remote Areas: ~ 8 –12 business days
    Deliveries may take longer to remote or disconnected regions.

5. Shipment & Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive:

  • a shipment confirmation email
  • a tracking number along with courier details
    You’ll be able to track your order on our website or courier partner’s site. Delivery personnel will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will return to us and we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).

6. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please provide complete and correct shipping information—address, PIN code, and contact number—to avoid delays.
  • If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.
